New Geelong Civic Precinct
This project is a multi building design including:
- Highest sustainable design to create a one workplace, one council for City of Geelong employees
- A second commercial PCA A-Grade office building owned by Quintessential Equity –Geelong Central
- All surrounded by an active precinct of green spaces, cafes, retail and more
